ST. LOUIS – A man is said to be unconscious and not breathing after being shot multiple times Monday evening.
The incident occurred in the 4400 block of Elmbank Avenue in north St. Louis around 8:30 p.m., according to officials.
The homicide unit was requested at the scene.
