Man killed in single-car crash in Elkridge, Howard police say
May 11—A 42-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Elkridge, Howard County Police said.
At about 6:42 p.m., a 2019 Honda CR-V left the road for unknown reasons and hit a tree on the 7100 block of Dorsey Run Road, police said.
Icaro Freire-Pina, 42, of Laurel, was the driver and only occupant. Freire-Pina was transported to the St. Agnes Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Howard County Police is investigating if he had a medical emergency before the collision.
