RCMP say a 32-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder after an investigation this weekend.

Police say they were called to a residence on Ochapowace First Nation, approximately 200 kilometres east of Regina, at 6:45 a.m. CST on Saturday.

Officers were sent to assist EMS. An injured man at the home was later declared dead at the scene.

The dead man has now been identified as Elias Still, 32.

RCMP say they've notified his family and victim services have been made available to them.

The Mounties say Still's death was immediately considered suspicious and the RCMP's major crimes unit took charge of the investigation.

Dustyn Allary, 32, was arrested at the scene and has now been charged with second-degree murder.

Allary made his first appearance in Yorkton provincial court on Monday.
