Man critically shot in Southeast Memphis

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was critically shot on Monday night, police say.

At 5:52 p.m., officers responded to the 5500 block of Apple Blossom Drive regarding a shooting.

Officers located one male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.

Police say this is an ongoing investigation.
