Man in critical condition after being shot during argument at St. Pete apartment complex, police say

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man is in critical condition after he was shot Friday night during an argument at a St. Petersburg apartment complex, according to police.

Police were called at about 8:40 p.m. for a “loud argument” at Paradise Apartments in the 2100 block of 16th Avenue South, police said. As officers arrived, they heard shots fired.

The man was taken to a hospital.

The suspected shooter has not been caught, according to police.
