LRPD: Friday night deadly shooting leaves 1 dead on Valentine Street

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock police are investigating a Friday night deadly shooting that left one man dead.

According to investigators, officers responding to reports of a shooting, via a ShotSpotter activation in the 2300 block of South Valentine Street discovered a man dead from gunshot wounds at 11:52 p.m.

Officers were able to secure the area and begin a homicide investigation.

No information was given on the victim or a possible suspect.

Anyone with information concerning the incident is asked to call LRPD homicide detectives at 501-371-4660.
