LOXLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — A Loxley man working at a local gas station was arrested Sunday after allegedly filming a boy in the bathroom, according to Loxley Police.

31-year-old John Dillon Plemons was arrested and booked into the Baldwin County Jail around 3 a.m. Sunday.

According to police, Plemons was working at the CEFCO gas station on Highways 59 and 90 when he allegedly used his cell phone to record a 10-year-old boy using the bathroom.

Plemons was terminated from the gas station, News 5 has learned.

He was charged with the production of pornography with minors and possession of child pornography.
