Love Is Blind, Netflix's hit reality dating show, is continuing to deliver when it comes to extra juicy content. Like, seasons 4 and 5 have already been filmed—and episodes of season 4 will start dropping on March 24. I don’t know about you, but I’m dying to know everything about what happens next.

Luckily, hosts Vanessa and Nick Lachey sat down with Women’s Health after season 3 to spill the deets on future seasons. And *spoiler* it sounds like there's even more good stuff coming down the pipeline. Since new seasons are filmed in a different city (so far it’s been Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas), each new installment is different from the one before. “The people from those places are so different that it makes the seasons really differentiate themselves from each other,” Nick tells WH.

Here's everything to know about season 4 so far, and what Nick and Vanessa want you to know:

When does season 4 air?

The first five episodes of Love Is Blind season 4 will drop on Friday, March 24. After that, the episodes will drop each Friday until the finale.

When will all of the episodes be out?

Here's the schedule for you to jot down:

  • March 24: Episodes 1-5

  • March 31: Episodes 6-8

  • April 7: Episodes 9-11

  • April 14: Episode 12

Where was it filmed?

So far, filming has covered dating in Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta. Now, they're taking this game of love to the west coast—season 4 was filmed in Seattle, Washington!

Who's in the cast?

First of all, Vanessa and Nick Lachey will be returning, of course. But a new cast list of 30 singles has also dropped. Potential fiancées include everyone from a criminal defense lawyer to a Bachelor Nation star's cousin.

A new trailer has dropped.

Yup, it's here. And things sound super spicy and dramatic already, from at-the-altar chaos to intimacy issues that crop up once the couples cohabitate.

"I don't want to be in a marriage where your family hates me," one contestant says in a clip. "He sees things in me that sometimes I don't see in myself," another tearful contestant says during a confessional.

And then the newest one:

What can viewers look forward to in future seasons?

More diversity, according to Nick.

“There is quite a bit of diversity in the casting. We certainly have no control nor does anyone else in terms of who connects with who and which of those relationships move on to the next level,” he tells WH. “Speaking as someone who's there from day one, and sees all the people that are there from day one, I do think that they've done a good job of trying to cast diversely and will continue to. You'll see that in season three and four and five.”

And if you thought you’d seen everything, the seasons will only become more unpredictable from here on out.

“We've filmed five seasons,” he says. “Every single one has been so different from the others, so that's what makes it interesting, what makes it intriguing for us allows us to approach every single season with a fresh attitude and fresh perspective.”

And that tracks—in the newest trailer, one male contestant says: "I set this bar crazy high. I just hope it lives up to what we're hoping it will be."

It helps that future seasons' contestants learn something new from watching the seasons that come before. With each new pod squad, people get a better feel for the show and how to best strategize to find their soul mate.

“It would have been interesting to film like ten seasons without the first one airing, because that's also a factor that they just take in,” Vanessa says. “Season two and three knew what happened in season one, and then the next couple are gonna know what happened.”

But the hosts agree that the contestants really show up for the right reasons: “It's also a good thing in the sense because they've seen that it works, right? There's proof in the pudding. It worked in season one, and it's worked since so I think there's something good about that, too,” Nick adds.

I, for one, can’t wait to sleuth around and find out more about season four of Love Is Blind as soon as I’m done binging season 3.
