Local organization to host annual autism walk-a-thon

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) — The second annual Autism Walk-A-Thon is headed to the Garden City.

The event put on by MOM Moving Over Mountains Against Autism is scheduled for Sunday, April 7 starting at 8:30 a.m. at Lake Olmsted Park.

The event offers a variety of activities and resources for attendees. Participants can engage with vendors offering services tailored to individuals with autism.
