Local career and technology centers celebrate students' future with Decision Day

May 2—Two local career and technology centers held a special event on Wednesday to celebrate its soon-to-be graduates.

Berks Career and Technology Center and Reading-Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center held their first ever "Decision Day" at Reading Area Community College's Miller Center for the Arts.

The event honors students who have decided to pursue a post-secondary education, join the military or join the workforce.

"Berks Career and Technology Center and Reading-Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center are thankful for the opportunity to serve the students of Berks County and support them in achieving their career goals," a statement from the schools said.
