List: Several New York City apartments under $1,000 available in housing lottery

NEW YORK (PIX11) — The New York City affordable housing lottery has over 40 listings available, with several lotteries having apartments available for $1,000 or less, according to NYC Housing Connect.

Here is a list of the available housing lotteries that cost $1,000 or less:

Euclid Glenmore Apartments

Located at 437 Euclid Ave. in the East New York section of Brooklyn, the Euclid Glenmore Apartments has 14 one-bedroom units available under $1,000. Seven of them cost $882 a month, and the other seven are priced at $617. The apartments also have three bedrooms for under $2,000 for those bigger families. The lottery for this building expires on April 16. More information on this building can be found here.

312 West 43rd Street Apartment

In the Hell’s Kitchen section of Manhattan, you will find 312 West 43rd Street Apartments. These pet-friendly apartments are steps away from Times Square and Port Authority. This lottery has 10 studios under $1,000, with eight costing $989 and the other two costing just under $934. The building also has 10 one-bedroom apartments available, just over the $1,000 mark listed at $1,001. This lottery expires on April 22; you can learn more here.

Rockaway Village Phase 4 Apartments

Located in Far Rockaway, Queens, at 1605 and 1607 Village Ln., this building has three bedrooms for under $1,000. The cheapest unit in the building is a studio for $410; however, only one of these units is listed. The other studios are listed at $947. Nehemiah Spring Creek Phase 4C

Back in the East New York section of Brooklyn, you will find Nehemiah Spring Creek Phase 4C at 414, 416 and 429 Vandalia Ave., along with 71 Gateway Dr. This building has one studio listed at under $500 and three one-bedrooms listed at just under $600. This lottery ends on May 28, and you can learn more about it here.

1 Park Point

1 Park Point is located at 11 Ocean Pkwy. in the Windsor Terrace section of Brooklyn. This building has 28 one-bedroom units for $874 and 10 two-bedroom apartments for just over $1,000 at $1,031. This lottery expires on June 4, and you can apply here.

451 Tenth Avenue Apartments

This building in the Hudson Yards section of Manhattan at 451 10th Ave. has 53 studios available for $848. There is a one-bedroom listed at $903. This lottery ends on June 10, and you can apply here.
