NEW YORK (PIX11) — With just under 40 affordable housing lotteries available on NYC Housing Connect, New Yorkers need to act quickly on nine lotteries that expire by the end of the month.

Located in the Williamsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx, this lottery expires on April 22. (More info)

At 475 Bay St. in Staten Island sits The Pearl. The housing lottery expires on April 22. (More info)
312 West 43rd Street Apartments
Located in Hell’s Kitchen, this Manhattan housing lottery expires on April 22. (More info)
50 Varet Street

The Vitagraph Apartments
