Lincoln Lawyer season 3 adds new cast members

The Lincoln Lawyer has added a host of new cast members to its upcoming third season.
The legal drama, which is based on Michael Connelly's novels, was renewed by Netflix back in August after becoming a hit with both critics and viewers.
Manuel Garcia-Rulfo will return as The Lincoln Lawyer's central character, defence attorney Mickey Haller, and now Variety has reported that four new actors have joined the show.

Big Little Lies star Merrin Durgey will play Judge Regina Turner, a former public defender who is described as "younger and more progressive than most judges in the district".
Newcomer Allyn Moriyon will mark his TV debut in the hit show, and will play fitness enthusiast Eddie Rojas who used to babysit Mickey's daughter Hayley. When he requires a good lawyer, Mickey is on hand to support, and also "offers him the opportunity of a lifetime".
Meanwhile, John Pirruccello (Barry) stars as seemingly non-threatening prosecutor William Forsythe, who Mickey faces in court – but "once the trial starts it's clear nothing is as it seems".

Finally, Philip Anthony-Rodriguez (The Morning Show) will play Chief Deputy District Attorney Adam Suarez, the superior of prosecutor Andrea Freeman (Yaya DaCosta).
These new actors will join the cast of series regulars who will be returning for The Lincoln Lawyer's third season.
Alongside Garcia-Rulfo and DaCosta, coming back for season three are Becki Newton as Lorna, Jazz Raycole as Izzy and Angus Sampson as Cisco.
Neve Campbell will return as Maggie McPherson, as was announced when production on the new season began back in January.

The Lincoln Lawyer season three will consist of 10 episodes, in line with the first two instalments, and will be based on the fifth novel in Connelly's series which is titled The Gods of Guilt.
When the show was first renewed, showrunners Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez said: "The audience response to the show has been so gratifying and wonderful, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to dive back into Michael Connelly's universe and bring Mickey Haller and his world to the screen again."
The first two seasons of The Lincoln Lawyer are available to stream on Netflix now.
