Lincoln County deputies searching for wanted sex offender

LINCOLN COUNTY, Tenn. (WHNT)- The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department (LCSO), says that they are searching for a wanted sex offender.

According to LCSO, deputies are searching for Billy Ray Moshier for violation of the sex offender registry. Moshier is described as 5’9 and weighs 160 pounds.

He has brown hair (or bald) and blue eyes.
