LimaMar Restaurant and Cocktail Bar wows with ‘The Yolk’ cocktail

Ross Terry, owner of LimaMar Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is back with us tonight to help us make ‘The Yolk’ cocktail. Make sure to check out our recipe below! The Yolk ½ cup passion fruit juice 1 tsp butter ½ cup egg yolk ½ cup Mamajuana Rum 1 oz simple syrup 2 oz Black Whiskey ½ cup egg whites 1. Create the ‘Butter Ice Batch’ using ½ cup of passion fruit juice and 1tsp of butter. Freeze in cocktail glass. 2. Create the ‘Yolk’ batch using egg yolk, Mamajuana Rum and simple syrup. Blend together. 3. Create the ‘Foam’ using Black Whisky and egg whites. Put in syphon 4. Pour ‘Yolk’ in glass and top with foam. Stir to combine. 5. Enjoy!
