ShrevePride’s original inclusive prom event made its return after a two year hiatus on Saturday, June 25 at The Supper Club in Shreveport.
This year's theme. “Spice Up Your Life” was an ode to the Spice Girls. The multi-floor space had different areas decorated to represent each member of the 90s girl group.
A game room complete with mini-golf represented Sporty Spice, a spooky stairwell for Scary Spice, an upscale lounge area for Posh Spice, a pink party room for Baby Spice and an energetic party room for Ginger Spice.

RNL Cookery Corner catered the event with a table filled with hors d’oeuvres like gazpacho, meatballs and more. Multiple cash bars were set up to provide alcoholic drinks and mocktails.
While guests dined and danced, The Josh Madden Band performed an Elton John tribute. Other entertainment for the night included the Dallas-based, soul-infused hip-hop group Cure for Paranoia and a DJ set from Father Flow.
ShrevePride created Q-Prom in 2019 to host a safe place for anyone wanting a fun night out and to other people in the community.
