Leavenworth Police Department needs help identifying skimmer suspects
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Leavenworth Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying two suspects in a skimmer theft case in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Skimmers occur happen when “devices illegally installed on ATMs, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, or fuel pumps capture data or record cardholders’ PINs,” according to the FBI. Police are saying this particular case involves ATMs at banks and gas stations.

According to LVPD, the two suspects are traveling in a silver 2021 Ford Explorer with a Texas license plate that reads “RGB 1179.”
