Lancaster County road closed for construction

PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County road will be closed to most traffic on Monday.

Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say Fairview Road, from Evans Road to W. Lexington Road, in Penn Township will be closed on May 13 during daytime hours.

The closing is for milling and paving. Emergency vehicles, school buses, and mail carriers can get through with care, according to police.

Police are asking drivers to travel safely and follow the posted detours.

The United States Department of Justice and 30 state attorneys general filed a lawsuit against Live Nation Entertainment, the parent company of Ticketmaster, for alleged monopolistic practices.
