Jon Bon Jovi Has Purchased a $19 Million Manhattan Apartment

When it comes to real estate, Jon Bon Jovi is more than halfway there. In fact, the singer has all but made it with his latest purchase of a massive, 3,951-square-foot apartment in New York City's Greenwich Village neighborhood.

According to Trulia, the rocker just purchased the four-bed, four-and-a-half-bath property for $18.95 million. The home is located on a "high floor" with views of downtown Manhattan and the Hudson River. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, custom millwork, and oak hardwood floors throughout, as well as amenities like direct elevator access and a dedicated service entrance.

With almost 4,000 square feet of space, open areas abound, including the chef’s kitchen, which features custom walnut-paneled cabinetry and gray marble countertops and backsplash. There's also ample outdoor space off the living room, which has multiple Juliet balconies facing south, and the dining area, which leads out to a 44-square-foot balcony. But the best part of the apartment may just be the master suite, which features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large walk-in closet, and a marble master bathroom with heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a large soaking tub with incredible views. The building has luxury amenities, of course, like a fitness center with a 25-meter swimming pool, golf simulator, steam rooms, and a 21-seat screening room.

But this isn't anything that Bon Jovi is not used to. His former New York City apartment, located in SoHo, has been on and off the market for as much as $42 million—so, technically, this $19 million home is a downsize for the legendary singer. Though, upon comparison of the two homes, it's clear that Bon Jovi has very specific tastes: sleek, modern fixtures along with stainless steel and wood touches throughout.
