John Stamos was like a kid in a candy store yesterday, when he experienced his first ever Comic-Con. The Fuller House actor was in San Diego to promote Scream Queens, which he is a new season regular on beginning this season. Lucky for us, he Instagrammed the whole day and let’s just say it’s clear he had a good time. Plus he took over E! News’ Instagram so we could all join in on the fun.

So what did Stamos do first? He went to hair and makeup, obviously! “Getting my make up did for my very first ComicCon,” the 52-year-old actor captioned the first shot, which, oh my.

After he was prepped and ready to go, the actor jumped into a shuttle with his castmates to head to the convention. Stamos even took a selfie with Keke Palmer and Billie Lourd while they traveled to SDCC.

“Me @kekepalmer and Billie the ghost on way to ComicCon @praisethelourd,” he wrote on the pic, where he rocked yellow sunglasses and poked fun at Lourd’s ghost-like appearance in the photo.

Just because the day was about doing press didn’t mean Stamos couldn’t have a little fun and hang out with other stars along the way. In fact, he ran into Anthony Anderson and made him pose for a cute outdoor photo, which he hastaged #Greekish in honor of Anderson’s show, Black-ish.

In the midst of all of the craziness at Comic-Con, the Scream Queens cast managed to get an adorable group selfie, featuring another new member of its cast…Taylor Lautner who will play Dr. Cassidy Cascade.

“We’re a photo shy cast. #NoPicturesPlease,” Stamos jokingly wrote.

Once Stamos finished his duties on the E! News Instagram takeover he signed off on his own account and thanked everyone for the awesome day.

“From me and LILO- ✌out #CCSD. Thanks for popping my cherry. CU next year. @screamqueensfox,” he captioned the cute picture of his pup after the long day.

If only every day was John Stamos Instagram takeover day… it would make social media SO much better.
