Job fair to be hosted at Corning Post Office this Wednesday

CORNING, N.Y. (WETM) – The Corning Post Office will be hosting a job fair this week for those who are interested in securing a job with the United States Postal Service.

The job fair will be on Wednesday, April 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Corning Post Office located at 198 Baker Street. The event is being held to fill immediate openings throughout the region for the following positions:

  • City Carrier Assistants

  • Rural Carrier Associate

  • PSE Clerk

To be considered for a position, you must be at least 18 years old and be able to pass a drug screening and background investigation. You also must be able to work weekends and holidays.
