Ionia County seeking information on who shot an electric regulator

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Ionia County officials are asking the public for assistance in identifying who fired 5 to 7 shots into an electric regulator over the weekend.

A post on the Ionia County Central Dispatch Facebook page says Tri-County Electric’s regulators near Nelson Rd. in southeast Ionia County were shot sometime between the evening of April 20, 2024, and the morning of April 21, 2024.

Officials are asking anyone with information to contact Trooper Ransom, MSP Lakeview Post at 517-898-7523.
