Idris Elba Sings Funny New Lyrics to Boyz II Men Song on ‘The Tonight Show’
Idris Elba stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he karaoked his way through Boyz II Men‘s “I’ll Make Love to You” but rewritten as “I’ll Place Kindness on You.” The Tonight Show likes to take songs we love and run them through Google Translate in another language and see what happens. Elba and Fallon “placed kindness on us” with the following lyrics:
Shut your face, pray for dreams / And now throw away your lamp / Because darkness comes for you / We create festivals / Inside the good night time / I’ll place kindness on you / To your liking yes / You’ll be constricted / A baby in good night time / I’ll place kindness on you / When you’re liking yes / And I become in debt / When you tell me to plow
Idris Elba stars in the new film Dark Tower along with Matthew McConaughey. The film is a continuation of Stephen King‘s novel series of the same name.
