New ice cream, Italian ice shop opening in Dothan
DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — The Circle City will soon have a new one-stop shop for cold treats.
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice of Dothan will open at 2650 Ross Clark Circle, across from Southside Lowes.
A post on the official Facebook page of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice of Dothan says the owners hope to open for business between the end of April and the first week of May 2024.
The shop’s page was updated on Tuesday, April 9, to announce that the location was hiring.
Rumors of Jeremiah’s opening in Dothan began circulating in 2021 and have sparked a major response on social media.
According to Jeremiah’s website, the frozen confection company sells a variety of Italian ice, soft-serve ice cream, and gelato in 11 states from around 130 locations.
Dothan will be the company’s fifth location in Alabama, and a sixth in Fairhope is expected to open soon.
