The company’s outage map said only four customers were without power as of 2:45 a.m. Tuesday morning

According to the company, the outage is caused by a weather system with strong straight-line winds moving through the area.

HU said anyone without power should call 256-53-LIGHT if they have not already. It said power will be restored as soon as possible.

The utility company said it will momentarily interrupt service in South Huntsville in order to complete the repairs. The outage is expected to take place within 30 minutes after 11:23 p.m. and should last for no longer than five minutes.
