House Bill 24-1349 moves to the Senate floor

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — House Bill 24-1349 is currently making its way through the Colorado Senate. If passed, the bill will impose a 6.5% tax on all firearms and ammunition, which will be paid by the gun shop owners. If this bill is approved, Colorado residents will see it on the November ballot.
