With Honkai: Star Rail celebrating its first anniversary on 26 April, developer HoYoverse will be hosting offline celebration events all across the world for players to come join in the festivities.

In Singapore, there will be a 'Dreamscape Invasion Flash Mob' from 30 to 31 March in Suntec City Opposite Lot #01-357. The event will be open from 10am to 10pm over its two-day duration, the game shared on social media.

While HoYoverse has yet to reveal more details on this type of event, official descriptions of the event say that Tatalov, the mysterious King of Trashcans, will be surprising passing Trailblazers in the location. We can also expect other Honkai: Star Rail characters to make an appearance as members of the flash mobs.

Malaysia and the Philippines will also be hosting their own 'Dreamscape Invasion Flash Mob' events in Kuala Lumpur and Manila, respectively. The Malaysia event will be open from 30 to 31 March while the Philippines event will only be open on 30 March.

Meanwhile, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia will be hosting 'Anniversary Carnival' events from 27 to 31 March. In those events, players will be able to participate in an immersive experience of Honkai: Star Rail's latest world, Penacony, and can win exclusive prizes.

According to the global anniversary event page, players who attend the offline events can receive special prizes, including an Anniversary-themed Coin and Ticket as well as Collectible Cards of their favourite Honkai: Star Rail characters.

While players can take part in the offline events listed above, most of the fun around Honkai: Star Rail's first anniversary can be had within the game itself. Starting from the release of version 2.1 on 27 March, players will be receiving tons of in-game rewards in celebration.

Chief among those rewards is 30 pulls worth of Star Rail Special Passes and Stellar Jade. When version 2.1 goes live, the 'Festive Gifts' check-in event will give players a total of 20 Star Rail Special Passes over the course of seven days. And on the day of the game's anniversary itself on 26 April, players will also receive 1,600 Stellar Jade (good for another 10-pull) through the in-game mail.

New Cosmodyssey board game event

There will also be the new 'Cosmodyssey' board game event will let players earn a variety of rewards — including Stellar Jade — by playing a dice-based board game similar to Monopoly and participating in mini-games.

While players can enjoy Cosmodyssey on their own to receive the rewards, it will also have a special co-op mechanic where the shared progress of all players will also unlock even more rewards for everyone!

Special versions of the 'Planar Fissure' and 'Realm of the Strange' Relic-farming events that give triple rewards will also be released.

Aside from the in-game anniversary celebrations, version 2.1 will also feature tons of new content. These include three new characters in Acheron, Aventurine, and Gallagher, two new areas in Penacony, a long-awaited continuation of the Penacony Trailblaze Missions, a new Simulated Universe World, and more.
