New Holiday Inn Express hotel opens on North Davis Highway
A five-story Holiday Inn Express hotel recently finished construction on North Davis Highway and opened its doors to the public last week.
The new hotel is nearly 66,000 square feet and was built on a 2.72-acre parcel that was undeveloped before the project.
This Holiday Inn Express is located at 7827 N. Davis Highway near Interstate 10, steps away from a Holiday Inn at 7813 N. Davis Highway.
The North Davis Highway and Interstate 10 area is a popular one for hospitality developments; there are more than 10 hotels in a 2-mile radius of the new Holiday Inn Express.

What’s near the new hotel?
The new hotel's surrounding area is filled with businesses.
There's a U-Haul moving and storage facility, a Holiday Inn and a Home2 Suites hotel towards the onramp of interstate 10. Across the street from these businesses there are two additional hotels, Candlewood Suites and La Quinta Inn.
Visitors of this new hotel can grab a bite to eat from a number of places in the area, which are all within walking distance. These food spots include El Asador, a nearby McDonald's and Lupita's Mexican Fast-Food truck located next to the BP gas station. Across North Davis Highway there is a La Hacienda, a Taco Bell and a Denny's, among other choices.
