When is the new Hobby Lobby location opening in Ankeny?

Hobby Lobby in Ankeny has an opening date.

A spokesperson for the arts and crafts chain told the Des Moines Register the new store has a grand opening scheduled for Monday. The store is at 5075 S.E. Delaware Ave., south of Fleet Farm and Sam's Club.

The store will offer home décor, sewing and knitting materials, art supplies, fabric and more. Plans for the Ankeny location were announced in March 2023.

There also are Hobby Lobby stores in Des Moines, West Des Moines and Ames.
