Hillsdale District kindergarten registration opens April 1
Hillsdale Local Schools kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year will begin April 1.
Enroll kindergarten student by visiting the enrollment link under the parent tab on the Prek-6 webpage at http://www.hillsdale.k12.oh.us/pk-6. For more information, call the office at 419-368-4364.
In order to qualify for admission to kindergarten, a child must be age 5 on or before Aug. 1. The parent/guardian should upload the following documents into the child’s Final Forms account − child’s certified birth certificate (not the hospital record), Social Security card, proof of residency with a current date and parent’s names (i.e. lease agreement, electric, gas bill, etc.) and complete immunization record.
The parents must provide the most current custody/adoption papers if applicable. A list of required documents is available at http://www.hillsdale.k12.oh.us/district/forms.
Safety Town is 9-11:30 a.m. Aug. 5-8. The registration form is in Final Forms. The registration fee is $25 and includes a T-shirt.
Registration and payment may be mailed to Hillsdale Prek-6, 479 Township Road 1902, Jeromesville 44840, and must be received no later than Wednesday, May 29.
