Don’t let all of those crazy rumors from Hillary Clinton’s political opponents fool you, guys. Seriously, she wants everyone to know she’s doing just fine. On Monday night, the history-making Democratic presidential candidate appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where she addressed the health-related hearsay that’s looming over her campaign, particularly in the wake of Rudy Giuliani saying Clinton isn’t healthy enough to be president.
After asking Kimmel to take her pulse, Clinton called BS on the rumors in the most hilarious way.
“Back in October, the National Enquirer said I would be dead in six months. So with every breath I take, I feel like it’s a vacation,” she said.
Clearly, she’s taking all the mudslinging in stride and chalked it all up to ridiculous political tactics.
“I think, on the one hand, it is part of the wacky strategy — just say all these crazy things and maybe you can get some people to believe you,” Clinton said. “On the other hand, it just absolutely makes no sense.”
As a final gesture that should sufficiently silence the haters, Kimmel asked Clinton to open a jar of pickles. Obviously, she pulled it off with no problems, but we have to say we’re kind of disappointed he didn’t challenge her to a dance-off. She would’ve totally killed it.
