Invasive paparazzi photos of celebrities in bikinis are a dime a dozen, and more often than not, they're plastered with headlines and captions pointing out every little flaw. Before that could happen to Hilary Duff, the "Younger" star posted her own photo on Instagram with a pretty badass caption.

Under the sweet photo of Hilary and her son, she acknowledged her own "celeb flaws," but rejected the idea that those so-called flaws are a bad thing. "My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca," she wrote. "Ladies, let's be proud of what we've got and stop wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed."

The photo was clearly well-received, with more than a million likes and plenty of positive comments from fans and celebrities. Ayesha Curry left a bunch of eye heart emojis and a simple "yes!" while Jessica Simpson told Duff, "You are fire!" (with emojis too, of course). Jenna Dewan-Tatum wrote "I love you so much for this."

Tons of fans thanked Duff for posting such a picture without Photoshop or filters and called her a role model. Duff, who turns 30 next month, has been open about her struggles with body image in the past, and her healthy lifestyle hacks to feel more confident.

Back in February, she posted a picture on Instagram for #AerieReal. In her caption, she wrote "I didn't always love my legs, but as I've grown, I've learned to love and celebrate myself just as I am."

From the looks of Duff's most recent vacation pictures, she's not letting any negative comments bring her down.
