Plenty of celebrity couples have broken up - and even divorced - only to later reunite, more in love than ever. But will Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony ever be counted among those ranks? Highly unlikely, according to J.Lo.

In a recent appearance on Live with Kelly, Lopez opened up what's it like to sharing 9-year-old twins Emme Maribel and Maximilian David with her ex-husband.

According to the 47-year-old singer/actress, her relationship with Anthony has evolved to the point where the two are "like best friends" when it comes to co-parenting their children. "We're just in a really great place, and the kids get to spend time with the two of us more together and see us working together," Lopez told Kelly Ripa and co-host Jeffrey Dean Morgan. "It's just good for the whole family."

But could "like best friends" translate into something more down the road? The pair, who were married for 7 years before splitting in 2011, are on such good terms that they're currently working on Lopez's new Spanish album together. And who can forget that dynamic Latin Grammys duet (and kiss)?

Stage kisses aside, Lopez (who is currently casually dating former New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez) didn't play it coy at all when asked whether she could see herself getting back together with her ex, who recently finalized his divorce from model Shannon de Lima. "No!" the Shades of Blue star told Ripa, shutting down the possibility of a future romance. "No, no, I think we're really good the way we are. Honestly, we're always gonna be great friends. I'm always gonna be there for him, he's always gonna be there for me."

In Lopez's eyes, it's all about being good parents to their children: "We share something very special in the kids, and we know that. We're there for them, and that's the main thing."
