March 8

Antwone McCloyd Hargrove, 43, of Henderson, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer.

Officers responded to a case involving shoplifting.

March 9

Obria Shante Perry, 30, of Henderson, was charged with failure to appear. She was given a $4,000 secured bond and received a trial date of March 18.

Officers responded to cases involving simple assault, theft from a motor vehicle, larceny and shoplifting.

March 10

Jessica Kamill Melchoir, 33, of Raleigh, was charged with simple assault, resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer and being drunk and disruptive. She was booked into Vance County Jail, given a $1,500 secured bond and received a trial date of March 19.

Amanda Dawn Brice, 33, of Butner, was charged with shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule I controlled substance. She was booked into VCJ, given a $12,000 secured bond and received a trial date of March 18.

Officers responded to cases involving simple assault, obtainment of property by false pretenses, shoplifting, drug violations and drug equipment violations.

March 11

Kristin Hardy, 36, of Chase City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released.

Dwight Hester, 27, of Henderson, was charged with assault on a female. He was booked into VCJ and received a trial date of March 22.

Officers responded to cases involving swindling, theft from a motor vehicle, simple assault, larceny, credit card or ATM fraud and shoplifting.

March 13

Officers responded to case involving simple assault.

March 14

Eric Bates Jr., 37, of Henderson, was charged with injury to personal property. He signed a written promise and received a trial date of April 5.

Jose Cruz, 38, of Henderson, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into VCJ and received a trial date of March 15.

Monquisha Johnson, 36, of Kittrell, was charged with failure to appear. She was booked into VCJ, given a $1,000 secured bond and received a trial date of April 5.

Officers responded to cases involving burglary, simple assault and larceny.
