Help wanted to solve Fresno 2017 homicide case, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Officers are seeking the public’s help to solve a 2017 homicide case of an 18-year-old in Fresno.

According to the Fresno Police Department, during the early morning hours of May 29, 2017, 18-year-old Kayla Foster was shot in the area of Bardell and Lorena Avenues. She was standing outside a home with a group of people when an armed suspect fired into the crowd from a moving vehicle.

Foster, police say, was fatally wounded. A second person was also struck by gunfire but they survived their injuries.
