Hagerstown man dies after weekend motorcycle crash

A Hagerstown man died Sunday after the motorcycle he was driving ran a red light, striking another vehicle, according to Hagerstown Police.

Ryan Terell Kerns Thomas, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to Lt. Rebecca Fetchu, spokesperson for Hagerstown Police.

The crash occurred shortly before 3:30 a.m. Sunday at North Avenue and North Locust Street.

Further information about the crash was not immediately available.

The LogRhythm and Exabeam merger news arrived on the same day as Palo Alto Networks confirmed it was acquiring the assets of IBM's SIEM business, QRadar, which IBM itself had acquired in 2011.
