Editor's Note: This list has been updated to include gross earnings of School Department employees.

GRAFTON — The superintendent of Grafton Public Schools led the list of gross salaries during 2023, followed by 17 members of the police department on the top 25 list of municipal earners.

Superintendent James Cummings earned a total of $205,089.27 during calendar 2023, with Police Sgt. Michael R. Swift coming second with a gross total of $186,746.99.

Sgt. Liam F. O’Rourke ($185,604.78), Sgt. James C. Crosby ($175,243.53) and Police Chief Normand A. Crepeau Jr. ($174,000.96) followed on the list.

Town Administrator Evan Brassard grossed $172,339.89, placing sixth, while Fire Chief Eric J. Mathieu was twelfth with a gross salary of $141,009.60.
