It’s fair to say that Gigi Hadid had a busy week. Between her armpits having a moment in Love’s advent calendar and flashing her taut tummy in athletic gear at Reebook’s holiday party, the supermodel had not a moment to spare.
With all of the hoopla, her BFF Taylor Swift’s birthday earlier this week seemingly slipped her mind. But she totally made up for it on Friday, with a belated birthday message and sweet selfies of the pair getting cozy.
“A belated wish to an incredible friend, a brilliant mind, a huge heart : HAPPIEST BIRTH[week] my T @taylorswift,” she captioned two photos that show the BFFs having a surprisingly normal hang out sesh at home. “You know I love you beyond. You make me so proud!”

In one photo, the 22-year-old puts her arm around Tay Tay, and snaps a mirror selfie while they pose on the couch. Meanwhile, a close-up shot is the ultimate display of Hadid’s admiration for Taylor, as she smiles with her eyes closed, snuggling up to the “Look What You Made Me Do” hitmaker.
