Ghana, Ivory Coast presidents resolve maritime dispute: Annan

GENEVA (Reuters) - The presidents of Ghana and Ivory Coast have resolved a maritime dispute at talks in Geneva, former U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan, who is chairing the negotiations, said on Monday. "We have a deal," Annan told Reuters, as the two presidents wrapped up a day of talks on the border dispute, which has frozen new oil drilling in a contested area.
