Gervasi earns coveted AAA Four Diamond Designation
CANTON – Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa has received the coveted AAA Four Diamond Designation.
The honor is bestowed by an inspection-based group that has been in existence for more than 80 years.
The Gervasi family of eateries, hotel spaces and wine-making business has been operating in Canton since 2010, based at 1700 55th St. NE.

The AAA team of professional inspectors conducts unannounced, independent and in-person property inspections across 26,000 hotels and 27,000 restaurants in North America. Only properties that pass the rigorous inspection are able to earn the AAA Diamond designation.
