Gas line work in Gloucester Twp. means Lower Landing Road detour

GLOUCESTER TWP. — South Jersey Gas will be milling and paving Lower Landing Road between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday, according to Camden County.

There will be a full road closure between Chews Landing Road and Black Horse Pike, the Public Works department says.

Additionally, the county is working on concrete improvements on Little Gloucester Road into Friday. There will be a partial road closure between Chews Landing and Coles roads.

“Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” county Commissioner Al Dyer said.

Public Works is responsible for maintaining over 1,200 miles of county roadway and 50 bridges.
