I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but fall is just around the corner. And once pumpkin spice season commences, the time for s'mores and ice cream ends. Therefore, you must make Frozen S'mores ASAP. They're part ice cream sandwich, part s'more, and 100% amazing.

Sorry for being a little dramatic. I understand it's only July and we have a solid month and a half until Labor Day. I also get that every season is s'mores and ice cream season. BUT the urgency to make these frozen hybrid treats is still there. They're just too good, you don't want to missing out on them for too much longer. Here's how to make them:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place six graham crackers down side-by-side to create a big graham cracker sheet. Use a low sheet pan, not a cake pan (as we did in the video); it'll make slicing later much easier.

Next spread chocolate pudding (made from the instant Jell-O mix) over the graham and freeze it until slightly solid. While the pudding is freezing, fold marshmallow fluff into softened ice cream. Spread it on top of the chocolate and add another layer of graham crackers. Freeze until the ice cream is solid, about 2 hours.

One word of warning: The pudding layer may be a little hard to cut through. Use your muscle (and patience) and just consider it your exercise for the day. Then continue to eat two s'mores. Because you deserve it.
