Former Eau Claire North teacher pleads ‘No Contest’ to possession of child pornography

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A former Eau Claire North High School teacher pleads no contest and is found guilty on a count of possession of child pornography. 63-year-old Todd Williams was also sentenced today (4/29/24) in Dunn County Court to 3 years in prison, and 3 years of extended supervision. He has also been placed on the sex offender registration. As part of his plea, other charges against him have been dropped.

According to court documents, the Menomonie Police Department got a tip in 2019 about someone who was uploading child porn to the internet. An investigation linked those uploads back to Williams.
