Foley Police investigating hit-and-run

FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — Foley police need help finding a vehicle and driver involved in a hit-and-run, according to a news release.

A Foley Police Department news release said a vehicle hit a pedestrian on Airport Road Wednesday around 8:30 p.m.

Officials say the pedestrian received non-life-threatening injuries.

Evidence from the scene shows the vehicle involved is a blue 2018 to 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan SUV, according to the release.

There may be damage on the passenger side mirror and front bumper.
