Florida boy calls 911 multiple times … to order pizza

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A 5-year-old in Florida got hungry for some pizza but decided to take matters in his own hands by dialing 911.

According to the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office, little Xavier called 911 several times because he wanted to get his favorite food, pepperoni pizza.

To reward the 5-year-old for his persistence, deputies Terry, Dill, Fitzpatrick, Fields, and Reifschnedier got a pepperoni pizza from Dominos.

“We all got a good laugh out of it, and we hope Xavier enjoyed his pizza!” the sheriff’s office wrote on Instagram Monday.

However, while the deputies had no issue getting Xavier is pizza, they warned the community at large to use 911 for emergencies only and made sure the child got the memo too.
