Fire in the city of Jackson

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Firefighters from at least two agencies battled a blaze in Jackson Friday.

Michigan Fire Alerts tells 6 News the crews were called to the 100 block of E. Argyle St. in Jackson. There they discovered a structure fire involving a home and a shed.

Mutual aide from Summit Township Fire Department was called in, Township fire officials confirmed to 6 News. Officials from Jackson were not immediately available for comment.
