Fight breaks out in line for Busch Gardens’ Pantheon, police say

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) – James City County police are investigating a fight that broke out at Busch Gardens Williamsburg Sunday evening.

According to officials, around 5:30 p.m., Busch Gardens security requested assistance from the James City County Police Department in reference to a physical altercation between two groups of people in line for the Pantheon rollercoaster.

Medical staff at Busch Gardens provided medical assistance to those who sustained injuries during the altercation.

Police stated multiple suspects have been identified, but that no charges have been filed and no arrests have been made at this time.

Police continue to investigate the altercation to determine if any charges are warranted.
