Featherstone: Two arrested after man hospitalised with stab wound

Two people have been arrested after a man was hospitalised with a serious stab wound in Wakefield.

West Yorkshire Police said officers were called to Moor Road in Featherstone shortly after 20:00 BST on Friday to reports of a disturbance.

A 31-year-old man was found with serious injuries, which are not believed life-threatening injuries.

A 36-year-old man and a woman, 41, have been arrested in connection with the incident, police said.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact West Yorkshire Police.
