Fairhope Police investigating vehicle burglary and mailbox thefts

FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WKRG) — Officers with the Fairhope Police Department are investigating a vehicle burglary and multiple thefts from mailboxes.

According to an FPD Facebook post, these incidents have been reported in the Fruit & Nut District.

“We are in communication with a person of interest and believe there might be additional victims who are unaware of missing items,” read the post.

Residents in the district with outdoor cameras are asked to check for a person on foot between 11 p.m. on May 20 and 4 a.m. on May 21.
