Extra point goes to former Jaguars kicker Josh Lambo with $2.175 million sale of home
The Mandarin and San Jose neighborhoods put it through the uprights more than once last month on the roundup of most expensive homes sold in Duval County for March. Among those top sales was the home of former Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Josh Lambo, whose beautifully renovated riverfront estate in Beauclerc sold for $2,175,000 on March 13.
Built in 1970, Lambo’s elegant home also was on target with a trend for the month in terms of architectural style. With only a couple of exceptions, most of the top 10 homes were built from 1940 to 1988, all exuding major mid- to late 20th-century vibes.
